H.A.M.
Ok, I am going to be 3000 percent honest. At first I did not like this track, I still don’t know if I honestly do. After getting the song banged into my head by the good people over at Shade 45 I saw the pink elephant in the room. It was Kanye West! He practically ruined the song, like really dude, what were you talking about? I am also confused by his “flow” I do not know if he was “rapping” or doing spoken word. Word of advice to Jay-Z, if Kanye is going to act like this on the new project, I really suggest you should consider doing this album alone and just release it as an EP. So what is a kid to do? Easy, cut Kanye out! Enjoy! Also, the piano breakdown at the end is musically magnificent. Leaving it at the end serves no purpose and does no justice to it’s complexity so I have also included it as an intro right to Jay-Z’s hook and verse. Now time to blast this in the iPOD and go commit a crime.
