I personally could not even be proud of this if I wanted to be. I really want to go up to Mrs. Carter and be like you know your over a year late with this track. More power to Major Lazer but really though this joint is pretty wack on Mrs. Carter’s behalf. Oh yeah, I’m calling her Mrs. Carter. You can save the “Knowles” nonsense for album sales.  In my honest opinion when the main beat drop is doing its thing, NO ONE! and I mean NO ONE should be rapping or singing over it. End of story. Wired Thirsty Thursday 4-8-10 & It Keeps Getting Louder

Kids & adults lets go! Let me use this to be an inspiration for alot of you out there. It’s not difficult to play the hit record from a major artist who is gonna have a hit record anyway. I’m here for those I believe in, and who I know has been working from the ground. I saw Major Lazer’s – Keep It Goin Louder as a record that needs to be heard. It went from just getting my mixshow spin, to after 7pm rotation, to now full rotation and its climbing in the request charts. All I can say is mission accomplished. Keep It Goin’ Louder!!!!!! That says it all. I can say that the Thirsty Thursday Mix has been grinding hard to break new music as well as keep the listener grooving and to all your favorite hits. This past summer and fantastic album dropped by Major Lazer (Diplo/Switch) exploded on the scene and I quickly fell in love with such a great album. Keep it going louder was a more commercial track, but that summer dance feel it makes it an awesome party track any season. Going hard week after week with this record on the mix show I needed all of you to have as much faith as I did in this record and you guys/glas have spoken. I was getting ready for bed when I heard JC on radio shout out the mix show and then said that Major Lazer – Keep It Goin Louder is now going in for rotation! Words can not describe the amount of time and driving done this weekend for Punxy & Relay For Life. Great time was had by all. But all I can say is that having a chance to give back to the community and have time go towards a great cause was the best. I was meaning to post this up for everyone a little bit ago, but I never did, and then this weekend a must play for each set I did has now made it to the ” I need to post this up quick” status for everyone.  The track is Hold The Line by Major Lazer. Kids, I do not even know where to start. All I can report is that Gillie was in the building, we both waited for security clearances and I was cleared and setting up and he was cleared. Now his 20 something person entourage not cleared. 10:15 p.m. the event director says, “umm yeah, so, he is not coming back.” That how we start the night. Overall a killer event, with nice turn out. Dj Geez stopped by, Mike Jones (Phila) held it down on the MIC and that just about all you needed.

The reggae/dance hall thing I need new riddims! I need people to be up on riddims as well, but early this week I came across this track from Major Lazer (Diplo & Switch) absolutely bananas. The track is called Zumbi Ft. Andy Milonakis on auto-tune.
